Why I became a coach

I became a coach because, for much of my life, I felt like I was navigating without a map. Growing up, I didn’t have the kind of support, guidance, or strong male role models that I now strive to offer others. I spent years searching for someone to guide, challenge, and support me, but that person never came. So, I decided to become that person for others.

Over the years, I’ve integrated everything I’ve learned into my coaching—from innovative techniques in therapeutic coaching and psychology to ancestral trauma healing and embodiment practices. My goal is to help high-achieving individuals cultivate resilience, confidence, and leadership, guiding them to reach their fullest potential.

My journey wasn’t easy. After spending over 25 years in the corporate world, never quite fitting in or reaching my potential, I realised I needed a change. In 2014, I started a wellness organization on the side, which eventually led me to leave the corporate world behind. I began teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, later expanding into transformational breathwork, family constellations, and coaching. This path, which I’ve been walking professionally since 2016, has been life-changing.

But my journey didn’t stop there. I spent years surrounded by women in my work, unknowingly falling into people-pleasing patterns, especially in my relationships. It wasn’t until I hired a coach and worked with an expert in masculine psychology that I began to understand why I was repeating these unhealthy patterns. I had very few examples of emotionally healthy and successful men growing up—men who were direct, had boundaries, a clear vision, and a commitment to becoming the best version of themselves.

This realisation set me on a path of deep inner work, doing men’s work, and surrounding myself with other men focused on growth and success. It was a challenging and often uncomfortable process, but it was transformative. I went from feeling like a lost boy in a man’s body to stepping into my true masculine power.

In 2020, during the pandemic, I founded my first men’s group, WolfPack. It was here, through breathwork and somatic practices, that I experienced the profound benefits of men working together in healing and growth. This experience led me to create The Man Program in 2023, a space where men can learn how to become healthy, balanced, and powerful in their masculinity.

What I’ve learned through my journey is that men thrive when they come together, support each other, and share their experiences openly. When men are in a space where they can fully express themselves, they heal, grow, and become their own heroes. We don’t need to isolate or carry the burden alone—men are the medicine for each other.
