PRIVATE WORK WITH ANDY
Private relationship work for men who know something has to change.
This is for the man whose relationship has become too important, too painful or too close to the edge to keep hoping it will sort itself out on its own.
This is for you if
Your relationship has become a place where you no longer feel as capable as you do in the rest of your life.
You may be successful, respected and responsible elsewhere. But at home, something keeps happening that you do not know how to change.
You might be arguing more than you want to. Shutting down. Avoiding difficult conversations. Working later. Trying to fix everything. Saying the right thing, then doing the old thing again.
Or you may already know the relationship is in serious trouble because she has finally made the seriousness of it impossible to avoid.
This is not relationship advice
Most men who find me have already tried advice.
They have read the books, listened to podcasts, promised to communicate better, tried to stay calm, tried not to get defensive, tried to be more present.
Some of that may have helped.
But knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it when your partner is hurt, angry, disappointed or no longer sure she wants to keep going.
What we work on together
Private work begins with understanding the relationship blueprint that is currently running your life.
We look at the patterns that show up when your partner is upset, disappointed, distant or asking for more than you know how to give.
Then we train the skills and inner steadiness that allow you to respond differently when it matters.
Seeing the pattern before it takes over.
Staying present instead of defending, fixing or shutting down.
Telling the truth without attacking or collapsing.
Taking responsibility without drowning in shame.
Repairing properly, through behaviour, not just words.
Building the kind of steadiness your relationship can actually feel.
How private work is structured
Private work is by application and conversation.
Some men work with me for three months. Others choose a deeper six-month container when the relationship is in crisis, the patterns are long-standing, or there is more to rebuild.
We decide what is appropriate after we have spoken and I understand what is happening in your relationship.
This may be right for you if
You know the relationship matters, even if you are not sure what is possible yet.
You are willing to look at your part without making everything your fault.
You want direct, honest support rather than more theory.
You are ready to practise differently, not just understand yourself better.
You are prepared to take the relationship seriously enough to become more capable inside it.
This is not for you if
You mainly want someone to tell you your partner is the problem.
You want a script that lets you avoid doing the deeper work.
You are looking for a quick fix without changing the way you show up.
You are not willing to be challenged with care and honesty.
You want to save the relationship without becoming more responsible for the man you bring into it.
You are not willing to invest time, attention and money in making things different.
If this feels close to home, book a call.
The first conversation is confidential.
We will look at what is happening in your relationship, what you have already tried, what keeps repeating, and whether private work with me is the right next step.
I will not promise to save your relationship.
But I will help you see more clearly what is happening, what it is costing, and what kind of work may be required from here.
