PODCAST & IDEAS
The thinking behind The Relationship Blueprint.
The Relationship Blueprint podcast is for men whose relationships have started asking more of them than success, intelligence or good intentions can provide.
Each episode explores the moments where men lose themselves: the argument that becomes a courtroom, the silence that turns into distance, the apology that changes nothing, the shame that makes honesty feel dangerous, and the old protective patterns that keep damaging the person they love.
This is where Andy develops the ideas behind The Relationship Blueprint: the masks men wear, the conflict patterns they fall into, the emotional skills they were never taught, and the work of becoming more capable in love.
The ideas behind the work
The Relationship Blueprint began as a way to explain what I kept seeing in men: the same arguments, the same shutdowns, the same attempts to fix, explain, please, provide, withdraw or perform their way back to safety.
Over time, those observations became a body of work.

These are not labels to trap men. They are maps to help men see what has been running beneath the surface, and what can be trained differently.
Listen to The Relationship Blueprint
The podcast is where Andy explores the real relationship moments men often avoid, minimise or misunderstand.
A partner says she feels alone, and he hears criticism.
She asks for repair, and he offers explanation.
She tells him she is close to giving up, and he finally realises the situation is more serious than he allowed himself to see.
Episodes are direct, practical and human. They are for men in relationship crisis, men trying to prevent a breakdown, and men who want to stop carrying old patterns into new relationships.
Serious work, human conversations
The podcast is not theory for the sake of theory.
It is Andy exploring the real moments men face in relationships: the argument that turns too quickly, the apology that changes nothing, the silence that becomes a wall, the shame that makes honesty feel dangerous, and the old patterns that keep showing up when love asks for something more mature.
Some episodes are teaching.
Some are reflection.
Some are direct challenges to the stories men tell themselves when their relationship is in trouble.
The tone is honest, direct and human. Serious work, without pretending men need to become perfect before they can begin.
